As a DevOps Engineer, I specialize in process automation, with experience spanning from designing robust CI/CD pipelines to a deep, practical understanding of Steel production and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). This unique blend of IT and industrial knowledge allows me to bridge the gap between software development and operational reality. My expertise is complemented by a hands-on passion for computer hardware, networking and electronics. Home Lab & Projects
- Designed and implemented a comprehensive smart home automation system (HomeAssistant) integrating diverse protocols (Homematic, ZigBee, ebus, ModBus).
- Engineered and maintain a secure, segmented home network with multiple VLANs, managed with multiple Mikrotik routers, switches and access points.
- Deployed and manage self-hosted instances of Nextcloud and Bitwarden to ensure data sovereignty and reduce reliance on third-party cloud providers.
- Continuously expanding my home lab with new projects and technologies.
